Cellular rubber sheets and punched gaskets

At NDS Seals you can have a cell rubber ring, profile or plate produced according to your drawing and according to your specifications. This process starts first with your requirements. We start from your working drawings and will advise you on the design and applicability of the intended products. When agreement has been reached with you, a three-dimensional design will be made with the computer, from which a test or zero series is then produced.

    In all qualities and sizes

    Cellular rubber does not absorb any liquid due to the closed cell structure and can therefore be used as a sealing material. It is available as a semi-finished product on rolls and in sheets or as a finished product such as die-cut packing and extrusion profile. The most diverse qualities and sizes are available. It is a soft and compressible material by the cell structure and is widely used as a sealing material in, among other things, construction, shipbuilding and industry. Materials such as EPDM, CR (Neoprene®) and NBR (Nitrile®) quality, polyether foam or silicone foam, possibly provided with a fiber reinforced self-adhesive layer. Neoprene ® cell rubber, for example, has good mechanical properties, and is well resistant to aging and also extinguishing flame. It can be exposed to UV radiation and ozone, is seawater resistant and reasonably resistant to oils. EPDM is also known for its good UV and ozone resistance.

    NDS Seals has been working with these materials for a long time and therefore you will not find better a technical advice for the production of your cell rubber seals.
